This document explains the rules for using the Vuvu app, which lets you pay for things like airtime, data, electricity, and cable TV subscriptions.

By using Vuvu, you agree to these terms.

Creating an Account

  • You need an account to use some features.
  • When you register, make sure the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You can delete your account at any time by following the app’s instructions.
  • Vuvu can suspend your account if you break the rules.

Using Vuvu Services

  • Vuvu lets you pay for things like airtime, data, electricity, and cable TV subscriptions.
  • You agree to use Vuvu for legal purposes only.

Using the Vuvu App

  • Vuvu grants you permission to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • There are some things you can’t do with the app, such as copying its content or using it to build a competing service.
  • Vuvu can change the app or stop offering it at any time.

Things You Can’t Do on Vuvu

  • Use Vuvu for illegal activities
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate someone else
  • Spread viruses or other harmful content
  • Modify or copy the Vuvu app

Vuvu Makes No Guarantees

  • Vuvu provides the app “as is” and doesn’t guarantee it will work perfectly.
  • Vuvu isn’t responsible for any problems that might arise from using the app.

Stopping Your Use of Vuvu

  • These terms apply as long as you use Vuvu.
  • Vuvu can stop you from using the app if you break the rules.

Transaction Fees

  • You agree to pay transaction fees for using Vuvu.
  • These fees include things like withdrawal fees and fees for using the Vuvu virtual card.
  • Vuvu will tell you the fees before you complete a transaction.
  • Vuvu can change the fees at any time, but will let you know beforehand.

Keeping Up-to-Date

  • Vuvu may change these terms occasionally.
  • Vuvu will try to notify you of any significant changes.
  • Your continued use of Vuvu after changes are made means you agree to the new terms.

Resolving Disputes (Arbitration)

  • This section explains how disputes with Vuvu will be handled.
  • Arbitration is a process where a neutral third party resolves the dispute instead of a court.
  • You and Vuvu agree to use arbitration for most disputes.
  • There are some exceptions, such as small claims court cases and certain intellectual property claims.
